Snug Harbor Marine is a locally owned and operated Marina, Service Center, and Showroom. For over 20 years we have serviced Chautauqua Lake and surrounding bodies of water throughout the area. We are looking to fill multiple positions at our Marina location for the upcoming boating season. We promote a fun and exciting atmosphere while providing quality service to our customers. These are full time/seasonal positions starting in March and April.
Service Technician/Mechanic
Work Hours:
* Marina hours: Monday – Saturday 8:00am – 5pm, Sundays 10:00am-2:00pm

Responsibilities and Duties
Diagnose and repair marine systems including; engines, steering systems, drive systems, and electrical systems.
Engine & Lower Unit Replacement
Communicate with Shop Foreman and Service Manager
Provide our customers with superior service
Keep an organized work station
Keep track of clocked hours per job
Qualifications and Skills
Marine background preferred, we are willing to train
Positive, motivated, friendly attitude
Organizational skills
Must have own tools
Valid Drivers license

YARD HAND/LABORER
Work Hours
In the summer this can be a 6 day a week job
Marina Hours: Monday – Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-2:00pm

Responsibilities and Duties
Operating a clutch style tractor to move and launch boats
Able or willing to learn how to operate a boat in the water
Delivering boats to customers homes on the water
Installing boat lift canopy
Assist Technician when needed
Operate electric hoist system to lift boats
Maintain shop equipment and machinery
Provide our customers with a friendly and superior customer service
Communicate with Shop Foreman and Service Manager
Qualifications and Skills
Marine back ground preferred, but willing to train
Positive, motivated, friendly attitude
Organizational skills
Valid Drivers license
